Qualifications

• ACLS within 90 days of employment start date.
• BLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• NVCI within 90 days of employment start date.
• TNCC within 90 days of employment start date.
• RN license required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and discharges to ensure throughput and high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with management to assess and improve quality of care.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet patient care needs.
• Support staff training, performance evaluations, and policy compliance.
• Help manage supplies and equipment inventory.
