Job summary

Qualifications

• ACLS, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, PALS, NALS certifications within specified timelines.
• BLS/Basic Life Support within 30 days of start.
• RN license in FL; advanced practice if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admissions and discharges for efficient throughput.
• Monitors and evaluates nursing care with the management team.
• Leads staff development, interviewing, and training recommendations.
• Coordinates staffing and scheduling within productivity guidelines.
• Supports inventory control and supplies management.
