HCA HealthONE Swedish is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Emergency Department in Colorado. You will lead nursing care, coordinate shifts, and collaborate with a management team to enhance patient outcomes and service quality.

The role emphasizes leadership, staffing, and adherence to unit policies, with ongoing opportunities to participate in nursing initiatives and staff development.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of start date.
• BCLS within 30 days of start date.
• ENPC within 6 months of start date.
• PALS within 30 days of start date.
• TNCC within 6 months of start date.
• RN license in CO or multistate license.
• BSN preferred.
• 2–4 years ER nursing experience.
• Charge/supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions per shift.
• Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care with policies/procedures.
• Serve as resource for staff and promote organizational values.
• Assist with admissions/discharges for efficient throughput.
• Collaborate to improve patient care services and outcomes.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and labor productivity in line with needs.
• Support inventory control and supplies management.
• Engage in initiatives like hourly rounds and nursing strategies.
