HCA HealthONE Swedish is seeking an experienced Nursing Assistant Manager to provide clinical management of the department, coordinate care, and ensure quality patient outcomes. The role may involve 24-hour accountability in the Director’s absence, including fiscal, human resources, and operations functions.

The successful candidate will have Colorado RN licensure, 5 years RN experience with 3 years in supervision, BSN, and BCLS/ACLS/NRP certifications.

Qualificações

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure.
• Current BCLS & ACLS certification through AHA or ARC, NRP required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Bachelor’s degree in health related field required.
• Graduate of a certified school of nursing required.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical RN experience; 3 years progressive supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides clinical management to the department through organizing, coordinating, and monitoring the care provided to yield quality patient outcomes.
• May assume 24-hour accountability in the absence of the Director, including fiscal, HR, and operational functions.
• Demonstrates leadership in planning and delivery of patient care and meeting department goals and regulatory compliance.
