Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for the Emergency Room to lead nursing care, coordinate shifts, and drive patient-centered outcomes. The CNC collaborates with management to monitor care quality, support staff development, and ensure efficient patient throughput in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires Colorado RN licensure (or multistate), BCLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC, NV Crisis Intervention; ENPC preferred, and BSN is desirable.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate RN license.
• Current AHA/ARC BCLS, AHA/ARC ACLS, PALS & TNCC required. NV Crisis Intervention required. ENPC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management according to patient care needs.
• Provides recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff and performance management actions.
• Supports the facility's nursing strategies and engagement initiatives.
• Manages inventory control and assists with supplies and equipment.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) desirable
