HCA HealthONE Swedish is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for Medical Acute Care in Colorado. The CNC delivers high-quality, patient-centered care and leads nursing staff during the shift, aligned with policies and the organization's mission.

Responsibilities include admission/discharge coordination, staff development, scheduling, and driving engagement through nursing strategies. Requires Colorado RN licensure, BSN, BCLS, and 2+ years of clinical RN experience with supervisory exposure.

Formación

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure.
• Current BCLS through AHA or ARC.
• Bachelor Science Nursing or Bachelor’s degree in health related field required. Graduate of a certified school of nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical RN experience preferred.
• Two years progressive supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services, in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
• Operationalizes nursing strategies including employee rounding and hourly rounds to improve engagement.
• Recommends and implements courses of action including training, development, and performance evaluations.
• Assists with staff scheduling and manages labor in line with patient care needs.
• Helps with inventory control and supplies management.
