HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate nursing functions across the shift. You will serve as a resource to staff and help ensure adherence to policies and exceptional clinical outcomes.

The role requires current Colorado RN licensure, ER experience, and leadership capabilities. Certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC and NVCRISIS are required, with ENPC preferred; BSN is desirable.

Qualifications

• Current AHA/ARC BCLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC required.
• Current NVCRISIS certification required.
• ENPC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assists with admission/discharge to ensure throughput and high quality care.
• Collaborates with management to assess quality of care in the unit.
• Supports staffing, scheduling, and training to meet patient care needs.
