Job summary

HCA HealthONE is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator in the Denver area to lead patient-centered care on the unit. You’ll influence care delivery through collaboration with the management team and participation in national nursing initiatives, shaping outcomes and the future of nursing.

You will oversee admissions, staffing, training, and quality assessment while aligning with organizational policies. A key focus is patient-first care, service recovery, and operationalizing nursing

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support / BLS certification.
• Registered Nurse License in Colorado.
• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Experience as RN in hospital medical surgical oncology or other RN supervisory role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in the unit, with management collaboration.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
• Implements nursing strategies to boost engagement, including hourly rounds and staff-related initiatives.
• Gives recommendations on interviewing, selecting, and training staff; supports development and performance actions.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management per patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
• Supports inventory control and assists with supplies and equipment management.
