HCA Healthcare Summerville Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Emergency Room RN to lead patient care and influence outcomes on shift, partnering with management and nursing councils to advance care and nursing initiatives.

The CNC will direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care, serve as a staff resource, and support a patient-first culture aligned with the hospital's mission and values.

Formación

• Required nursing licensure and within-state practice.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required or obtainable within specified timelines.
• Experience: < 1 year applicable nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with admissions and discharges to ensure throughput and quality care.
• Monitors, coordinates, and evaluates nursing care per policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with managers to foster teamwork and improve patient outcomes.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery.
• Implements nursing strategies such as hourly rounds and employee rounding.
• Participates in interviewing, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management per patient care needs.
• Oversees inventory control and supply management.
