Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice or compact license.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days; ACLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during the shift.
• Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care with the management team.
• Serve as a resource for staff and model organizational values.
• Assist with admissions/discharges to ensure throughput and care quality.
• Participate in quality assessment and collaboration for improved outcomes.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and productivity guidelines.
• Support inventory control and supplies management.
• Provide recommendations on interviewing, training, and performance actions.
