Job summary

RGP is seeking an equity administration consultant in the Bay Area to manage RSU, ESPP, and performance award programs. You will handle daily equity transactions, data reconciliation, and tax reporting while collaborating with payroll, legal, and executive teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in equity or stock plan administration at a public company, with a Finance/Accounting degree and CEP a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in equity or stock plan administration at a public company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CEP certification a plus).
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with equity platforms like Shareworks or Schwab.
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to navigate fast-paced environments.
