This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of equity compensation expertise, people leadership, and client partnership.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and develop a team of equity administrators through regular one-on-ones, group meetings, and hands‑on support
  • Review and approve weekly team hours, tracking billable time and overall utilization
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring consistently high service quality
  • Provide a "second set of eyes" on key deliverables to ensure accuracy before client delivery
Project & Strategic Support
  • Partner with clients on equity plan changes, new program implementations, and corporate actions including IPOs and SPACs
  • Attend sales calls to represent our platform capabilities and subject matter expertise
  • Develop and deliver employee education on equity programs in formats tailored to each client
  • Analyze data sets to surface insights and provide actionable, data-backed recommendations
  • Administer global equity plans, including RSU releases, stock option exercises, 10b5-1 plans, and pre‑clearance management
  • Maintain data integrity across equity platforms and integrated systems
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with client Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HR teams on reporting and compliance
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate records and documentation
  • Build and refine automated processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual risk
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of equity plan administration experience at a publicly traded company and/or 5+ years at a stock plan provider
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Strong understanding of global equity operations and taxation, including global mobility and income sourcing
  • Proficiency with at least two stock plan record‑keeping platforms
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with complex data sets
  • CEP designation (or actively working toward it)
