CompIntelligence is looking for an experienced Equity Operations Manager (EOM) to join our Managed Services Team. In this role, you'll lead a team of equity administrators, own client relationships, and drive the operational excellence that makes complex equity programs feel effortless to the companies we serve.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and develop a team of equity administrators through regular one-on-ones, group meetings, and hands‑on support
- Review and approve weekly team hours, tracking billable time and overall utilization
- Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring consistently high service quality
- Provide a "second set of eyes" on key deliverables to ensure accuracy before client delivery
Project & Strategic Support
- Partner with clients on equity plan changes, new program implementations, and corporate actions including IPOs and SPACs
- Attend sales calls to represent our platform capabilities and subject matter expertise
- Develop and deliver employee education on equity programs in formats tailored to each client
- Analyze data sets to surface insights and provide actionable, data-backed recommendations
- Administer global equity plans, including RSU releases, stock option exercises, 10b5-1 plans, and pre‑clearance management
- Maintain data integrity across equity platforms and integrated systems
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with client Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HR teams on reporting and compliance
- Support internal and external audits with accurate records and documentation
- Build and refine automated processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual risk
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
What You Bring
- 5+ years of equity plan administration experience at a publicly traded company and/or 5+ years at a stock plan provider
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong understanding of global equity operations and taxation, including global mobility and income sourcing
- Proficiency with at least two stock plan record‑keeping platforms
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with complex data sets
- CEP designation (or actively working toward it)
- Clear, confident communication style — able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- A collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
