Empower is seeking a Senior Stock Plan Services Associate to perform advanced operational support for Stock Plan Services and serve as a subject matter expert in equity compensation operations, brokerage processes, and stock plan transaction workflows.

This role independently processes complex transactions, resolves escalated issues, and mentors teammates while supporting compliance and continuous improvement in a strong control environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years financial services experience.
• Minimum 4 years financial services experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 registrations required within timelines.
• Fingerprinting required.
• Advanced knowledge of stock plan administration and brokerage operations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME across stock plan operations, equity compensation, brokerage operations, and securities workflows.
• Review and accept new account applications according to policies and regulations.
• Process complex stock plan transactions and participant activity.
• Prioritize workload to meet service-level commitments.
• Provide guidance on stock plan processes and escalated issues.
• Resolve complex operational exceptions within policies and authority.
• Support equity programs including RSUs, stock options, ESPPs, and Rule 10b5-1 trading programs.
• Suggest workflow improvements and risk mitigation opportunities.
• Assist leadership with transaction reviews, audits, and quality initiatives.
• Implement regulatory changes with proper controls.
