ElevenLabs is seeking an Equity Administrator to own day‑to‑day equity operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring cap table accuracy and audit readiness. You will work with Finance, Legal and People to issue grants, support 409A and local valuations, and answer employee questions about their equity.

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you will help automate repetitive work using AI to improve speed and reliability, while maintaining strict confidentiality and governance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering equity in a cap table or stock plan platform such as Carta, including grants, vesting, exercises, terminations, settlements and reconciliations.

Responsabilités

• Run day‑to‑day equity operations, keep cap table accurate and audit-ready, and ensure every grant, exercise and leaver is handled correctly and on time.
• Issue grants, support 409A and local valuations, and answer employee questions about their equity.
• Automate repetitive work using AI to improve speed and reliability.
