Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a leading global technology company to support equity accounting and financial processes during rapid headcount growth and global expansion.

You will manage core stock‑compensation activities, including tracking grants, vesting, and valuations, while ensuring accurate reconciliations and confidentiality across the organization. This role emphasizes collaboration with payroll and finance teams and leveraging AI tools to drive efficiencies.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of debits/credits.
• Solid knowledge of ASC 718 US GAAP stock compensation accounting.
• Hands‑on execution mindset for operational workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills interfacing with payroll teams.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with compensation data.

Responsibilities

• Support stock‑compensation accounting activities including tracking equity grants and vesting.
• Execute monthly vesting cycles and equity exercises; ensure timely processing.
• Conduct reconciliations across equity systems, GL, and payroll inputs; identify root causes.
• Collaborate with central payroll to verify tax withholding and W‑2 data.
• Uphold data integrity and confidentiality for sensitive compensation data.
• Leverage AI tools to improve reconciliation accuracy and efficiency.
