AutoNation is seeking an Equity Mining Sales Associate to drive incremental sales for our dealership network. You will actively prospect our sales and service databases and identify conquest customers to expand our inventory pipeline.

With strong communication and a customer-focused approach, you will convert opportunities, follow up with prospects, and leverage AutoNation benefits and programs to close deals. This role offers growth paths within a nationwide team and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Prior sales experience preferred, retail background helpful.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and use technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and safe driving record.
