AutoNation is seeking an Equity Mining Sales Associate focused on driving incremental sales and acquiring additional inventory for our dealership by prospecting our current sales and service databases and identifying conquest customers.

You will need strong communication and customer service skills, a drive to meet targets, and prior sales or retail experience. High school diploma required; a safe driving record and valid license preferred.

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
