Qualifications

• Evidence of responsiveness to diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.
• Master’s in women’s studies or a valid California Community College Credential or equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Teaching a part-time schedule of Women’s Studies courses as assigned.
• Using a variety of pedagogies and delivery systems including online/hybrid formats.
• Communicating effectively with students, faculty and staff.
• Maintaining classroom records and submitting required reports in a timely manner.
• Fulfilling all duties of instructors as required by Administrative Regulation 7122.
