Job Juncture represents a leading fintech client seeking a Stock Equity Plan Manager to own employee equity programs. You will track grants, vesting, exercises, and ensure accurate tax and securities reporting while partnering with leadership.

In this high-visibility role, you will influence reporting, maintain cap tables, and drive scalable back-office processes as the company scales its equity programs and compliance framework.

Qualifications

• Experience managing employee stock ownership programs and equity plans.
• Strong knowledge of vesting, grants, and exercise events.
• Proficiency in cap table management and related tax reporting.

Responsibilities

• Record stock compensation expense and fair value calculations.
• Prepare quarterly equity compensation expense reports and tax reports.
• Maintain cap tables, vesting schedules, and grant rollforwards.
• Perform month-end/quarter-end close tasks related to equity.
• Coordinate with auditors and executives on equity programs.
