Job summary

Turing’s Palo Alto office is seeking a Workplace Operations Associate to manage day-to-day operations and serve as the on-site resource to ensure a productive, welcoming environment for employees, candidates, executives, and visitors. The role covers workplace services, interviews, onboarding, and office technology coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating operations, logistics, events, or customer service.
• Proven ability to manage several concurrent requests, maintain an accurate tracker or task list, communicate status, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and calendar tools.
• Ability to perform basic workplace-technology checks and escalate IT issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Willing to work full-time in Palo Alto office five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Run daily workplace operations.
• Maintain conference rooms and shared spaces; monitor workplace conditions and coordinate timely resolution of facilities issues.
• Deliver a high-touch employee and visitor experience.
• Support interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Coordinate rooms, equipment, badges, welcome materials, and onsite logistics.
• Partner with Recruiting, People Operations, IT, and Security to prepare rooms and logistics.
• Coordinate vendors and workplace services.
• Maintain records of supplies, assets, and service needs.
• Provide first-level workplace technology support.
• Check conference room equipment and coordinate escalation to IT.
• Support meetings, events, and executive visits.
