Turo is seeking an Arbitration Specialist to join the Outbound Subrogation team in Phoenix, AZ on a hybrid schedule. You will manage auto, property damage, and liability arbitration claims to drive timely resolutions and recoveries.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in arbitration filings/hearings, knowledge of ArbForums, and strong analytical and communication skills. Equity and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling auto damage arbitration filings and hearings.
• Experience managing claims arbitration.
• Knowledge of ArbForums and arbitration procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims to determine arbitration potential and pursue recovery opportunities.
• Prepare materials and communicate with clients, attorneys, and claims professionals.
• Handle inbound/outbound arbitration filings and hearings.
• Maintain an active claim diary for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Subrogation teams and liability partners.
• Support process improvements and cost management.
• Maintain accurate arbitration records and status updates.
• Lead special projects or change initiatives.
• Work across multiple systems to support timely resolution.
• Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
