Qualifications

• 2+ years of claims experience preferred.
• Experience in subrogation or collections.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Investigate subrogation potential and pursue recoveries with appropriate parties.
• Prepare documentation and communicate with claims professionals, clients, attorneys, and agencies.
• Negotiate settlements and pursue legal action when necessary.
• Maintain an active diary and meet KPIs for customer satisfaction and performance.
• Contribute to process improvements in claims handling.
