Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an entry-level Arbitration Coordinator in a hybrid role. You will handle inbound calls from buyers and sellers, verify claim validity, and route cases to the appropriate teams with detailed documentation. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and KPI goals are in place for intake and resolution.

This role supports the Arbitration team and involves VCF coordination, documentation management, and customer communication to ensure timely resolutions.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and online portals to manage documentation and track claims.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism in handling disputes and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Receive, triage and route inbound calls from buyers, sellers, and auction partners.
• Review and verify the validity of claims per standards and policies.
• Proactively monitor claim status and follow up for timely resolution.
• Close simple claims and document decisions for all parties.
