Job summary

University of Vermont is seeking an Exam Proctoring Support Specialist to coordinate and deliver exam accommodations in a student-centered environment. You will work with students, faculty, and campus partners to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of accommodations and to support daily EPC operations.

The role requires organizing and supervising staff, managing testing technology, and contributing to a collaborative environment that enhances access for students with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; relevant experience in office settings or higher education preferred.
• Experience with accessibility services and/or working with individuals with disabilities.
• Proficiency with word processing, adaptive software, and database management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver exam accommodations for students.
• Schedule and administer accommodated exams; manage staffing, space and testing technology.
• Supervise and develop student and temporary staff; ensure compliance with FERPA and university policies.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus partners to improve processes and service delivery.
