Job summary

University of North Carolina at Greensboro is seeking a Testing Accommodations Proctor Graduate Assistant to support equitable access to assessments. You will coordinate and proctor accommodated examinations, ensure timely scheduling, secure handling of materials, and maintain accurate records in TracCloud.

The role collaborates with the Office of Accessibility Resources and Services (OARS) and the Academic Achievement Center (AAC) and reports to the Coordinator for the UPL.

Qualifications

• Maintain academic good standing (GPA 3.0).
• Be enrolled full-time (minimum 9 credits).
• Be eligible for employment in the U.S.
• Graduate student status as defined by the Graduate School.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accommodated testing and proctor exams from start to finish.
• Enter and update student appointments and course lists in TracCloud.
• Prepare daily accommodated test rosters and reconcile exams, attendance and exceptions.
• Maintain testing files with confidentiality and organization.
• Communicate with faculty, students, and campus partners about procedures.
