Job summary

KIPP Public Schools Northern California seeks dedicated teachers to design engaging lessons, analyze student data, and foster an inclusive, high-expectation classroom. You will integrate Social Emotional Learning and Restorative Practices to support student growth and success.

Collaborate with Leadership Team and Instructional Coach to continually grow professionally, while upholding a strong commitment to equity and anti-racism in a full-time, school-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution is required.
• Must meet one of the eligibility requirements: teaching credential or eligible for permit with CPR prerequisites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily and long-term lesson plans aligned with KIPP’s academic vision.
• Analyze student data regularly to inform instruction and support student growth.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, rigorous classroom environment grounded in Restorative Practices and SEL.
• Use culturally responsive classroom management to ensure safety, belonging, and high expectations.
