Job summary

Natixis NY Branch seeks a Middle Office Trade Support specialist for the Equity Derivatives Desk in New York. You will work with traders, capture trades, and generate risk and PnL reports while monitoring positions and life-cycle events.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 5–10 years in trade support, and familiarity with equity derivatives, MTNs, and platforms like Bloomberg. SIE and Series 99 are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Trade Support or as a Trader Assistant.
• Familiarity with Equity Derivatives products and Payoffs.
• Familiarity with Medium Term Notes.
• Knowledge of MarketWire, Sophis, Bloomberg.

Responsibilities

• Capture trades accurately in the firm's internal systems.
• Generate and run risk reports to assess exposure.
• Validate market data for accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare and distribute PnL reports.
• Monitor trading positions for expirations and life-cycle events.
• Collaborate with team to streamline processes.
