Job summary

Natixis in New York is seeking a skilled Middle Office Trade Support for the Equity Derivatives Desk. You will work with traders to capture trades, validate data, and produce PnL and risk reports, while monitoring positions and lifecycle events.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years in trade support or as a trader assistant, with expertise in equity derivatives, payoffs, MTNs, and platforms like MarketWire, Sophis and Bloomberg. SIE and Series 99 are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5–10 years of experience in Trade Support or as a Trader Assistant is preferred.
• Familiarity with Equity Derivatives products and Payoffs.
• Familiarity with Medium Term Notes.
• Knowledge of MarketWire, Sophis and Bloomberg.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• SIE and Series 99 certifications mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Capture trades accurately in the firm's internal systems.
• Generate and run reports to assess risk exposure.
• Validate market data for accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare and distribute PnL reports.
• Monitor and track trading positions for expirations and lifecycle events.
