Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a trade support / middle office role within Credit Derivatives.
• Understanding of Credit Derivatives products and P&L explanation.
• Strong risk management focus with ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Flow and Structured Credit business; CDS, Index, Options, FX, and rates products.
• Collaborate with trading and sales to ensure market risk and trade entry accuracy.
• Affirmation of T0 trades and ensure cleared trades are processed.
• Process weekly compression clearing cycles and lifecycle management of trades.
• Assist in daily P&L distribution to Trading Desk, Product Control and Senior Management.
• Monitor reconciliation breaks and investigate resolutions.
• Support regulatory applications and internal processing requirements.
• Assist nightly P&L flash and resolve T+1 variances with Finance.
• Contribute to system enhancements and risk-control improvements.
