• 3-7 years developing trading systems, electronic trading platforms, or financial tech in front-office environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; strong academic record.
• Expert-level Java programming skills with modern Java (Java 17+).
• Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and thread safety.
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous/event-driven programming and performance optimization.
• SQL/NoSQL databases knowledge; strong Linux/Unix proficiency.
• Experience with external APIs and market connectivity platforms.

Responsibilities

• System Ownership: full SDLC from requirements to production support.
• Performance & Concurrency: optimize low-latency, high-throughput operations.
