Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, CS, IT, or related field.
• Exposure to Windows and Linux administration concepts.
• Willingness to learn IT service management and documentation practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support projects and recurring activities that enhance technology reliability and infrastructure readiness.
• Assist with system administration in Windows and Linux environments.
• Support system hardening, backups, and patch management.
• Assist with asset inventory, documentation, and operational records.
• Review incidents and changes and support follow-up documentation.
• Gain exposure to firewall and network infrastructure activities where applicable.
• Contribute to programming, scripting, or automation projects.
• Participate in technical discussions and communicate progress.
• Present a summary of projects and learnings at assignment end.
