Job summary

Honda is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to provide availability through technical expertise, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to meet manufacturing production targets.

Responsibilities include ensuring equipment operates to safety and quality standards, supporting production, completing scheduled maintenance per plan using CMMS, and assisting with new model projects to improve department performance. Onsite work with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Technical experience with asset management or industrial maintenance.
• Technical Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide equipment availability through technical expertise and preventive maintenance.
• Support production team to achieve daily targets.
• Perform planned maintenance per plan using CMMS.
• Assist projects to improve model and department performance.
• Understand equipment functionality to repair or recover efficiently.
• Mentor and train team to grow technical skills.
• Document tasks and labor using CMMS diligently.
