Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of our Burger King restaurants through preventive maintenance and timely repairs. Reporting to the District Manager, you will support multiple locations and ensure uptime of essential equipment.

The role emphasizes independent work, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills to document maintenance activities and communicate with management.

Qualifications

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry knowledge required or beneficial.
• General mechanical knowledge is required.
• Food Service Equipment Repair experience is a plus.
• HVAC repair certification is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with maintenance budget to implement preventive procedures as defined by company.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
