Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain and repair restaurant equipment across our Burger King locations. The role focuses on preventative maintenance and rapid response to service needs to keep operations running smoothly.

The technician will report to the District Manager, work independently, and communicate with management to ensure actions are well coordinated and efficient.

Qualifications

• General electrical, plumbing and carpentry knowledge required.
• General mechanical knowledge required.
• Food service equipment repair experience is a plus.
• Certification in HVAC repair is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Independent reliable transportation required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
