Job summary

Carrols Corporation, the largest Burger King franchise, is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain restaurant equipment and perform preventive maintenance across multiple locations. The role reports to the District Manager and requires independent work, reliable transportation, and strong problem‑solving skills.

You will diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, coordinate with management, and ensure high restaurant uptime.

Qualifications

• Electrical, plumbing, or carpentry knowledge is required.
• General mechanical knowledge is required.
• HVAC repair certification is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs in a timely fashion.
• Implement preventive maintenance as defined by company.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on operations.
