Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator to support a busy Erie shop, ensuring smooth documentation flow, parts ordering, and timely communication with customers and team members.

The role requires clerical experience in a service environment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Clerical experience in a service shop demonstrating increased responsibility.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person or by phone regarding parts, equipment, repairs and scheduling.
• Enter personnel time into the time collection system and generate required paperwork.
• Advise stakeholders on status of jobs and generate master and sub work orders.
• Research part numbers from database and inventory records; maintain product catalogs and data.
• Order parts via computer and oversee distribution to shop personnel and customers.
• Initiate warranty claims and credit unused or defective parts as needed.
• Coordinate record keeping with sales and administrative staff.
