Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, seeks a Service Coordinator for our Pittston shop. You will support the service team, manage time and paperwork, and coordinate parts and orders to ensure smooth operations.

In this role you will interact with customers and colleagues, maintain records, and help schedule repairs. We value organization, proactive communication, and strong clerical skills to support a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Clerical experience in a service shop demonstrating increased responsibility and knowledge of engines/electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person or by phone regarding parts, equipment, rebuilt items, repairs and scheduling.
• Enter personnel time into the time collection system and generate required paperwork.
• Advise on job status and generate master and sub work orders and purchase orders for repairs.
