Qualifications

• Clerical experience in a service shop handling engines/electrical systems preferred.
• Equivalency of training/experience acceptable to the company.

Responsibilities

• Post repair service calls and communicate with customers.
• Greet customers in person or by phone and answer questions about parts, equipment, and repairs.
• Generate and process required paperwork and work orders.
