Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is actively seeking a Service Coordinator at our New Stanton shop to ensure smooth documentation flow and efficient parts distribution for service orders.

This role supports customers, shop personnel, and management with timely paperwork, time entry, and order generation, contributing to reliable service delivery. The ideal candidate has clerical experience in a service shop with engines and electrical systems exposure, and a strong ability to organize,

Qualifications

• Clerical experience in a service shop with increased responsibility.
• Significant exposure to engines and electrical systems.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience acceptable to the Company.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person or over the telephone about parts, equipment, repairs and scheduling.
• Enter personnel time into the time collection system and generate required paperwork.
• Advise concerned parties on status of jobs and progress.
• Generate master and sub work orders and purchase orders for repairs on equipment across product lines.
• Research part numbers from databases and inventory records.
• Maintain up-to-date product catalogs and technical data files.
• Order parts for repairs and oversee distribution.
• Record and track repairs, customer calls, and parts required.
• Coordinate record keeping with sales and administrative staff.
