Job summary

Cleveland Brothers is seeking a Service Coordinator at our New Stanton shop. You will support service staff, manage work orders, time collection, and parts logistics to keep repairs moving efficiently.

Ideal candidates have clerical experience in a service shop, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate with customers and internal teams. This full-time role offers competitive pay and a robust benefits package across 29 locations.

Qualifications

• Clerical experience in a service shop with engines and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person or over the phone about parts, equipment, repairs and scheduling.
• Enter personnel time into time collection system and generate required paperwork.
• Advise concerned parties on status of jobs.
• Generate internal, monthly, master and sub work orders as well as purchase orders for repairs.
• Research part numbers from databases and inventory records.
• Maintain up-to-date files of product catalogues and technical data.
• Order parts for repairs and oversee distribution.
• Accept payments for services.
• Keep logs of repairs, customer calls, and parts required.
• Compile reports on service employees hours and machine history.
• Initiate warranty claims and credit unused or defective parts against work orders.
• Coordinate record keeping with sales and administrative personnel.
