Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Utah to be the friendly face of our service team. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan, and help prepare invoices and returns.

You will also learn to install hitches, fill propane, and operate a forklift with certification provided upon employment. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and ongoing U-Haul University education.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use the U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
