Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Sunset, Utah to be the friendly face of our service team. You will assist customers, use smartphone-based U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up trucks, inspect equipment, and answer questions about products and services.

The role offers on-the-job education, opportunities for advancement, and a paycheck paid on schedule. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
