United Rentals, the world''s largest equipment rental provider, is seeking an Inside Sales Rep - SST to help grow district revenue by delivering outstanding customer service, processing quotes and reservations, and terminating contracts. You will support district objectives with world-class service and operational excellence.

Your core duties include handling inbound calls, proposing solutions, negotiating rates, identifying new leads, and coordinating with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, self-starter with structured work habits.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all inbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Review equipment requests and propose suitable solutions.
• Negotiate rental rates per pricing policies.
• Identify leads and communicate to field personnel.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate solutions.
• Communicate delivery needs to Logistics Manager/Dispatcher.
• Call on lost/dormant accounts to generate business.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
