Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our service team. You will assist customers with rentals, inspections, and equipment setups, using U-Scan technology to manage inventory and fulfill inquiries.

The role emphasizes on-site work, teamwork, and safety awareness. A high school diploma is required, and on-the-job training including forklift and hitch certifications may be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer-facing experience or education in service roles.
• Willingness to learn and use smartphone-based technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and ensure clean, working conditions.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
