Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of its exceptional service. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers across locations.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Training on equipment inspection and safety is provided, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing education through U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting customers and answering questions.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly.
• Comfort with using technology to manage rentals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.
• Answer questions and educate customers about offerings.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
