Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and help customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and guidance on U-Haul products. You will work with a team to ensure customers have a smooth experience on their journeys.

The role involves operating U-Scan tech, moving trucks, inspecting equipment, and providing on-the-spot education and support. A valid driver's license and customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
