Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Plano, TX to be the face of our service at the store. You will assist customers with U-Haul products and services, use the U-Scan app to manage rentals and inventory, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers.

This role requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will inspect equipment, answer questions, prepare rental invoices, and participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
