Job summary

U-Haul in Pflugerville, TX seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our friendly, helpful team. You’ll assist customers, dispatch and return equipment, inspect and maintain gear, and use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Ability to assist customers and work as part of a team.
• Comfort with using technology to dispatch and return equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services.
• Manage rentals and inventory using U-Scan technology.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot.
• Educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
