Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. in Carbondale, CO is seeking a Rental Coordinator to assist customers in selecting the right equipment and to manage daily rental transactions. You will process rentals, invoices, and related documentation while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years of administrative/clerical and customer service experience. A strong knowledge of DBS and MS Office is preferred, with opportunities for growth in a collaborative team

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and invoice rental transactions and charges using DBS.
• Manage rental contracts, exchanges, reservations, pickups, transfers, and invoice closures.
• Maintain records of rental fleet equipment and inventory status.
• Provide pricing, quotes, and rental options to customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to rentals, service, invoicing, and accounts.
