Job summary

Doggett Equipment Services Group seeks a Rental Coordinator to run a safe, organized trailer rental yard and present a positive environment for customers and staff. You will open/close rental contracts, manage reservations and new accounts, track inventory, assign equipment, dispatch drivers, and maintain records.

You will coordinate with customers and the sales team to rent equipment, issue invoices, handle rental-purchase agreements, and educate customers on equipment specs and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Ability to work with no direct supervision.
• Some industry-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental of equipment with customers and sales team.
• Create and execute rental contracts.
• Invoice new and recurring rentals.
• Create and execute rental-purchase agreements.
• Maintain accurate fleet information.
• Provide clerical support (phones, paperwork).
• Maintain customer account information.
• Schedule and coordinate pick-up/delivery of rental equipment.
• Educate customers on equipment specifications, safety, and use.
